County Road C <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Your Request for Additional Extension of Outdoor Storage Usage(PF3083) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schuck: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to advise you of the action taken by the City Council at <br />their meeting of January 25, 1999, relative to your request for a temporary extension, <br />from March 31,1999 to December 31,1999, to conduct outside storage of materials at <br />1920 County Road C. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council granted the request for a temporary extension of continued <br />outdoor storage of emergency materials, through December 31,199, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. All exterior stored materials shall be placed behind the rear building line <br />of the building and screened from view of front and side property lines <br />with temporary wood fencing as approved by the Community <br />Development Director. <br /> <br /> <br />2. All exterior stored materials shall be stored in such a manner to provide <br />emergency access to all sides of the building, as approved by the Fire <br />Marshal. <br /> <br />3. Exterior storage of materials after December 31,1999 shall be considered <br />a violation of the City Code. <br /> <br />4.
