<br />2. The proposed minor subdivision is in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br />of the City's Comprehensive Plan, Title 10 ofthe City Code (Zoning), and Title 11 <br />of the City Code (Subdivisions). <br /> <br />3. The proposed minor subdivision will not adversely affect the public health, safety, <br />or general welfare. <br /> <br />4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 ofthis report, staffrecommends approval of <br />the request for a minor subdivision to allow Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway Business Park, to be <br />split into two developable parcels. <br /> <br />4.0 Suggested City Council Action <br /> <br />4.1 By motion, approve the request for a minor subdivision to allow Lot 1, Block 2, Gateway <br />Business Park, to be split into two developable parcels as shown on the attached certificate <br />of survey. <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; notice of public hearing; proposed lot split. <br /> <br />6O-day Time Limit: Not applicable <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
