The proposal would require renovation of the existing 1,000 s.f. ~ 0.-:01( '\ <br />structure. A new 4,000 to 5,000 s.f. building on the site would use some of the comerstone_~~d c <br />concepts, bring the building closer to the street, and provide parking behind the buildingV'" f - ,J} <br />which would be screened from public and adjoining residential neighbors. l} #:~ <br /> <br />Mr. Cox also seeks a vacation of a portion of the County Road D (Roseville's Street) right -, ~ ~ <br />of-way to allow the existing building to be placed entirely on the buildable parcel. ~ <br /> <br />A planned unit development is a zoning district which may include single or mixed uses, one ~~; <br />or more lots or parcels, and is intended to create a more flexible, creative and efficient ~~p, ~ <br />approach to the use of land.
