<br />-, <br /> <br />, ~ <br /> <br />3.10 Because ofthe size ofthe new structure (968 s.f.) no other accessory building or tool shed <br />may be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />3.11 The maximum height (as defined in Section 1004.01) shall be 15 feet. <br /> <br />3.12 The existing detached accessory structure must be removed from the site. <br /> <br />3.13 Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional <br />use permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the Ramsey County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />3.14 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has <br />not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />The staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit to allow construction of a <br />968 s.f. detached accessory building, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the <br />conditions listed in Section 3 ofthis report. <br /> <br />5.0 Planning Commission Action <br /> <br />On February 10,1999, the city of Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />the Weaver Request. The Commission recommended (4-2) approval Tom and Marilyn <br />Weaver's request for a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 968 s.f detached <br />accessory building at 2330 Auerbach Avenue North, based on the findings in Section 3 and <br />with the conditions recommended in Section 3 (3.6 through 3.14) ofthis report. <br /> <br />6.0 Suggested Council Action <br /> <br />By resolution (draft attached), approve Tom and Marilyn Weaver's request for a <br />conditional use permit to allow construction of a 968 s.f detached accessory building at <br />2330 Auerbach Avenue North, based on the findings in Section 3, the recommendations <br />is Section 4 and 5, and with the conditions recommended in Section 3 (3.6 through 3.14) <br />of this report. <br /> <br />Attachments: Application and Site Plans (1/11/99) <br />60-Day Schedule: The application was aceepted as eomplete on January 11,1999.
