<br />inoperative vehicles on property located at 2945 Partridge Road with conditions 3.8 through <br />3.20 above. <br /> <br />5.0 Planning Commission Action <br /> <br />On March 10, 1999, after holding the required public hearing, the City of Roseville Planning <br />Commission recommended (7-0) approval of the RoseviUe Chrysler Plymouth request for <br />a conditional use permit to allow enclosed inoperable vehicle storage and a motor vehicle <br />dealership extension, based on the findings and conditions (3.8 through 3.20) listed in <br />Section 3 ofthe Request for Commission Action dated 3/10/99. <br /> <br />6.0 Suggested Council Action <br /> <br />By resolution (draft attached) approve the Roseville Chrysler Plymouth request for a <br />conditional use permit to allow enclosed inoperable vehicle storage and a motor vehicle <br />dealership, based on findings and conditions (3.8 through 3.20) of the Request for Council <br />Action dated 3/22/99. <br /> <br />60-Day Schedule: The application was accepted as complete on January 11, 1999 and received a 60 day extension from <br />the City Council on February 8,1999.
