Subsequently, a number of tenants have gone in and out of the space initially occupied by Highland. In 1992, Bradley purchased Har Mar. At the time of its purchase, Har Mar was near collapse. It had a number of month-to-inonth tenancies, and was badly in need of leasing and management expertise and capital improvements. Bradley intended to improve the tenancies and invest substantial capital to renovate Har Mar and create a viable shopping center development. One of its key strategies was to find an anchor tenant that would stabilize the southeast comer ofHar Mar and provide an opportunity to build a new tenant base. In 1994, Bradley entered into a lease with Home Place for the southeast portion of Har Mar originally occupied by Highland Superstore. The Home Place lease required doubling the size of the space for a total of 54,500 square feet and relocation of underground water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer utility lines. In 1995, the City Council approved Bradley's application to vacate and rededicate utility easements for Home Place. In 1995, the 54,500 square foot Home Place was constructed. A second loading dock was built on the east side of the building. Subsequently, Home Place filed for bankruptcy and its space at Har Mar was closed in August, 1998. Subsequently, Bradley and Cub Foods negotiated a lease for a Cub Foods store to replace Home Place. Having a Cub Foods store anchor the southeast portion ofHar Mar was a major turning point in Bradley's efforts to revitalize Har Mar. . Mall Hours of Operation and Mall Security Har Mar Mall hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tenants with direct outside access, such as the movie theater, have extended nighttime hours of operation. Vance Security currently provides security service at Har Mar Mall. One fully trained officer is on duty every day, 24 hours per day. In addition, a second officer is also at Har Mar during the approximate hours of: Sundays Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 1 :00 p.m. to 11 :00 p.m. 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
