However, per OUf phone <br />conversation yesterday I am able to send you the landscape plan that was submitted with the <br />Rainbow Food request. Buffering of the site from the residential properties to the west was a <br />major topic with this application. lhave also included the section of the staff report that <br />pertains to this issue and the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />For your information I am providing our site and building plan review standards and related <br />portions of our performance standards. Subdivisions 5and 20 of the site plan review section <br />addresses buffering of neighboring properties.
