A Conditional Use Permit shall be required for all semi-public. public. or commercial. tennis courts. A Certificate of Compliance shall be required for all private tennis ' courts. I b. An application for a Conditional Use Permit or a Certificate of Compliance shall include a site plan showing: . . . Tennis courts shall not be located closer than ten (10). feet on any or rear lot line. Tennis courts shall not be located within any required front yard. I I I d. Tennis Courts shall not be located over underground utility lines of any type, nor shall any court be located within any private or public utjlity, walkway, drainage. or other easement. I e. Solid Tennis Court Practice Walls shall not exceed ten (10) feet in height. A build- ing permit shall be required for said walls. Said walls shall be set back a minimum of thirty (30) feet from any lot line. f. Chain link fencing surrounding the tennis court may extend up to ten. (10) feet in height above the. tennis court surface elevation. I Section 24-78 Vegetative Cutting (Amendment) I 1. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the following definitions are made: Clear cutting shall be d~fined as the removal of all l.ive healthy vegetation in excess of six (6) inches in diameter at breast height on any area of one (1) acre or more in size. Selective cutting shall be defined as the removal of not more than fifty' percent (50%) of the single scattered live trees or shrubs in excess of six (6) inches in diameter at breast height. or all cutting within fifty (50) feet of the principal structure. clear cutting of vegetation shall require a Conditional Use Permit. 3. Selective tree cutting may occur .on any' lot. 4.
