In all districts. the fol10win~ standards shall apply: <br /> <br />a. A Conditional Use Permit shall be required for all semi-public. public. or commercial. <br />tennis courts. A Certificate of Compliance shall be required for all private tennis ' <br />courts. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />b. An application for a Conditional Use Permit or a Certificate of Compliance shall include <br />a site plan showing: . . . <br /> <br />The size, shape. and pavement and sub-pavement materials. the location of the coort. <br />.-the location of the house. garage. fencing. septic systems. and any other structural <br />improvements on the lot. the location of structures on all adjacent lots. a grading <br />plan showing all revised drainage patterns and finished elevations at the fo~r corners <br />of the court, landscaping and.turf protection around the court. location of existing <br />and proposed exterior wiring and lighting facillties. <br /> <br />c. Tennis courts shall not be located closer than ten (10). feet on any or rear lot line. <br />Tennis courts shall not be located within any required front yard. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />d. Tennis Courts shall not be located over underground utility lines of any type, nor <br />shall any court be located within any private or public utjlity, walkway, drainage. <br />or other easement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />e. Solid Tennis Court Practice Walls shall not exceed ten (10) feet in height. A build- <br />ing permit shall be required for said walls. Said walls shall be set back a minimum of <br />thirty (30) feet from any lot line. <br /> <br />f. Chain link fencing surrounding the tennis court may extend up to ten. (10) feet in <br />height above the. tennis court surface elevation. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 24-78 Vegetative Cutting <br /> <br />(Amendment) <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the following definitions are made: <br /> <br />Clear cutting shall be d~fined as the removal of all l.ive healthy vegetation in excess of <br />six (6) inches in diameter at breast height on any area of one (1) acre or more in size. <br /> <br />Selective cutting shall be defined as the removal of not more than fifty' percent (50%) of <br />the single scattered live trees or shrubs in excess of six (6) inches in diameter at breast <br />height. or all cutting within fifty (50) feet of the principal structure. <br /> <br />clear cutting of vegetation shall require a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />3. Selective tree cutting may occur .on any' lot. <br /> <br />4. Any cutting. as qefined in 24-78 la and lb above. on slopes of greater than eighteen percent <br />(18%) shall require the completion of a Soil Conservation ,Service Re-Vegetation Plan and <br />issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br /> a. <br /> b. <br />2.
