Further to the south on Lincoln Drive lies the 3-story Edina Realty building <br />and across Snelling Avenue to the southeast is the 3-112 story Lutheran Brotherhood <br />building, The NCR building located off of Snelling Avenue Frontage Road East is 5 stories <br />in height. <br /> <br />2.3 Northwestern College is proposing the PUD amendment in order to increase the size (square <br />footage) and height of the office/radio structure to meet their needs. The new office/radio <br />design would add approximately 13,000 square feet and an additional story to the former <br />proposal. This would include a number of offices, as well as meeting and conference rooms. <br />The proposal also includes 122 surface parking spaces and 82 spaces on a parking deck. <br /> <br />2.4 The existing residence hall and the proposed office building will be on separate lots requiring <br />an off-street cross parking easement for each. The three lots encompass 133,597 square feet <br />on 3.07 acres.
