EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of September at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: And the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION PROVIDING CONCEPT APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO PUD #1124, NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR STORY, 40,000 SQUARE FOOT, OFFICE AND RADIO BUILDING ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LYDIA AVENUE AND SNELLING AVENUE NORTH, CITY OF ROSEVILLE WHEREAS, Northwestern College is requesting a concept development plan approval for an amendment to the existing Planned Unit Development #1124 for property located in the southwest corner of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PF3144); and WHEREAS, Northwestern College is requesting an amendment to the former PUD Agreement allowing an increase in square footage and height of the proposed office/radio building on the southwest parcel at the intersection of Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the amendment is to accommodate the construction of a four-story, 40,000 square foot office and radio building including surface level parking and a single story parking deck (rather than a three-story building encompassing 27,000 square feet as originally approved); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing for this request on September 8, 1999 and recommended Council approval of the request based on the project report findings and conditions as outlined in the project report dated September 8, 1999, as follows: Resolution * , Northwester College (PF3144) Page 1 of 3
