(Any
infrastructure that is a "connected action" with respect to the project must be
assessed in this "EA W"; see "EA W Guidelines" for details.)

Related Developments: Cumulative Impacts:
a. Are future stages of this development planned or likely?
Yes No

The described project represents ultimate site development. Upon
completion of the described plan, the entire Centre Pointe Business Park
will be developed with the exception of a restaurant site. No outIots or
adjacent lands are available for future expansion of the Park; no future
stages are planned or likely.

If yes, briefly describe future stages, their timing, and plans for
environmental review.

b. Is this project a subsequent stage of an earlier project?
Yes No
If yes, briefly describe the past development, its timing, and any past
environmental review.

In 1997 as amended through 2000, Centre Pointe has been approved for
the construction of 803,500 square feet. The current proposal is not a
subsequent stage of an earlier project. Rather, the current proposer seeks
to complete a project fIrst proposed more than eleven years ago. In 1985,
Woodbridge Properties, Inc. proposed constructing Centre Pointe Business
Park in Roseville. Supporting infrastructure for Centre Pointe Business
Park (internal roads, stormwater ponds, and utilities) and a majority of the
buildings are built or under construction. The Veritas corporate campus
will complete Centre Pointe by providing some additional office space,
which will meet the growth demand for an environmentally friendly user
in addition to the already constructed hotels, restaurants,
office/showrooms, and office/manufacturing in Centre Pointe.

c.

Is other development anticipated on adjacent lands or outlots?
Yes No

The boundaries of Centre Pointe are I-35W to the west, Cleveland Avenue
to the east, County Road D to the north and DNR Wetland 50W and
County Road C to the south. Adjacent lands are currently developed or
undevelopable (i.e.: roads, wetlands). There are no adjacent outlots
platted. No future development is anticipated on adjacent lands.

Page 33
