Technical Home Improvement Resource: <br /> <br />The Roseville HousingResource Center can provide technical home renovation <br />assistance free of charge to Roseville residents. A qualified construction manager <br />can visit Roseville homeowners interested in making home improvements and <br />provide the following assistance: building evaluations, information on Roseville <br />codes and permit requirements, prepare a scope of work for requested project <br />improvements, provide construction cost information, assist with construction <br />bids, and evaluate work in process and after completion. <br /> <br />Since April of 2000 the HousingResource Center has provided over 59 construction <br />consultations/9 in the month of September. These visits are all free of charge to <br />Roseville residents. <br /> <br />3. First Time Homebuyer Assistance: <br /> <br />The Roseville HousingResource Center helps to create new homeowners by <br />facilitating home-ownership education programs, providing technical assistance <br />on closing costs/ loans and grants available to new homeowners and providing <br />information on public and private loan programs and application assistance. <br /> <br />The Roseville HousingResource Center services are funded by the City of Roseville and <br />provided by the Greater Minneapolis Metropolitan Housing Corporation.
