What types of pennits are required for shopping center expansions <br />adjacent to residential areas? <br /> <br />B. Can 24-hour uses work adjacent to residenrial areas? What issues <br />are caused by the 24-hour uses? How can L~e issues be mitigated? <br /> <br />C. is there a traffic increase 8J.'"1d circu!ation disruption within and <br />adjacent to the center? <br /> <br />D.. What is the appropriate parking lot lighting, security lighting, and <br />signage lighting? <br /> <br />E. What is the level of HV AC sound and how can the HV AC be <br />screened? <br /> <br />F. What is the loading . docks design, sound, lighting,' and hoW'S of <br />operation? <br /> <br />G. What is the parking lot design and capacity within 300 feet of store <br />entry? <br /> <br />H. How is the grading, drainage, and on-site/off-site ponding affect <br />the center and surrounding area? <br /> <br />1. How is cart storage and truck parking handled? <br /> <br />1 <br />
