Requirements For Increasint! Maximum Size: The <br />size of an accessory building may be increased in excess of forty percent (40%) of a <br />required rear yard area and ITom eight hundred sixty four (864) square feet to a maximum <br />size of one thousand eight (1,008) square feet.
