Maximum <br />Total Surface Area: Including accessory structures, principle structures, pavement <br />surfaces, and concrete surfaces, the total impervious surface on each residential lot shall <br />not exceed thirty percent (30%). <br /> <br />Height: Aceessory bMildings shall not exeeed one story or fifteen feet (IS') ia height and <br />the wall height shall not exeeed Bine feet (9') ifl height. The overall height of an aeeessory <br />builaing shall not exceed the overall height of the prineipal residential struemre en the <br />pareel. (Building height is as defined in tae Minnesota State Building Code the vertical <br />distaRee between the highest adjoining ground level at the Builaing and the highest point <br />of a flat roof or average height of the highest gable of a pitched roof.) Location: No <br />accessory building shall be erected or located within any front yard. Accessory buildings <br />shall be located behind the established front building line of the principal structure, <br />except for through lots and lakeshore lots. Accessory buildings on through lots and <br />lakeshore lots may be located between the roadway and the principal structure, provided <br />said accessory building meets the required front yard setback for the district in which it is <br />located <br /> <br />Driveway ReEJ.l:lired: J\ny aecessory bl:lilding capable of storing one or more motorized <br />vehicles shall be provided with a hard surfaced driveway to an adjacent publie street, <br />unless the primary purpose oftke bl:lilding is for equipment, materials, or non vehicle <br />storage.
