<br />D. Off-Street JP AJROCl[NG: <br />1. Size Of P AJRK1J.NG Space: Space for a single vehicle shall be nine feet by <br />eighteen feet (9' x 18') or larger, provided up to fifty percent (50%) of the required spaces <br />may be not less than eight feet by eighteen feet (8' x 18') when posted "Compact Vehicles <br />Only". Aisles for ingress and egress shall be provided and shall be a minimum of twenty <br />four feet (24') in width. (Ord. 878, 3-23-1981) <br />2. Number Of Off-Street P Am!aNG Spaces: Each of the following uses of property <br />shall provide the number of off-street automobile PARKiNG spaces set forth as follows: <br />a. Hospital: One and two-tenths (1.2) spaces per bed. <br />b. Office Building: Five (5) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor <br />area. <br />c. Convenience Center, Supermarkets, Drug Stores And Similar Retail Uses: Five (5) <br />spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross leasable area. <br />d. Shopping Centers Including Neighborhood, Community And Regional Shopping <br />Centers: Five (5) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross leasable area. <br />e. Banks, Savings & Loan Offices And Other Financial And/Or Thrift Agencies: Six (6) <br />spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area. (Ord. 804, 3-14-1977) <br />f. Theater, Other Than Drive-In Type: One space per each three (3) seats. (Ord. 878, 3- <br />23-1981) <br />g. Places Of Public Assembly Including Libraries, Museums, Auditoriums And Similar <br />Uses: Four and one-tenth (4.1) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor <br />area, or one space per three (3) seats in design capacity of all auditoriums or places of <br />assembly, whichever is greater. <br />h. Bowling Alley: Six and one-half (6 1/2) spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of <br />gross floor area. (Ord. 804, 3-14-1977) <br />i. Restaurant And/Or Cafeteria: One space per two and one-half (2 1/2) seats, plus one <br />space per each twenty (20) square feet of the combined area of bar, lounge and public <br />space, excluding the first two hundred fifty feet (250'); in addition, one space per each <br />fifty (50) square feet of banquet dining area; and one space per each five (5) seats of <br />outdoor dining area. (Ord. 990,1-13-1986) <br />j. Fast Food And/Or Drive-In Restaurant: One space per fifteen (15) square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br />k. Motor Fuel Station And Motor Fuel Staiion Convenience Store: four (4) spaces, plus <br />three (3) spaces for each enclosed service stall, plus one space per one hundred fifty (150) <br />square feet of floor space devoted to retail sales in a motor fuel station conyenience store. <br />(Ord.804,3-14-77) <br />1. Industrial Uses, Including Fabrication And/Or Processing Of A Product Or Material: <br />Four (4) spaces per principal use, plus one additional space per eight hundred (800) <br />square feet of gross building area, plus one space per two thousand! five hundred (2,500) <br />square feet of land deyoted to outside storage, or one space per employee on the <br />maximum design shift, whichever is greater. (Ord. 878,3-23-81) <br />ffi. Warehouse, Storage, And Handling Of Bulk Goods As A Principal Use Or Accessory <br />Use: One space per two thousand (2,000) square feet of gross floor area. <br />n. Schools, Grade School And/Or Junior High: One and one-fourth (1.25) spaces per <br />classroom.
