<br />· Assessment will evaluate all aspects of the program, expanding the staffs <br />ability to learn from evaluation, develop new assessment tools and <br />procedures, refme the programs based on evaluation data analysis and <br />implement new program models to respond to the changing needs of the <br />student, its family, the staff and the community. <br /> <br />· A school report card will be prepared annually for review by the sponsor, <br />board of directors, parents and members of the community interested in the <br />program. <br /> <br />· Plans to develop and implement new programs will be done to respond to the <br />changing community needs. Assessments of the families needs will be done <br />annually, as well. Educational programs focusing on preventing child abuse <br />and neglect and reducing stress experienced by families will be incorporated. <br /> <br />V. Establish new forms of accountability for schools: <br /> <br />. A majority of the board of directors will be comprised of the school's <br />teaching staff, allowing the Staff to critique the curriculum and individual <br />teaching ability. <br /> <br />. The teaching staff will have the ability to design the curriculum, assess and <br />evaluate teaching plans and respond to the student's assessment outcomes by <br />redesigning the curriculum to promore academic excellence. <br /> <br />. Upon completion of the first school year, the sponsor will assist in creating a <br />validation team of peers to evaluate the academic assessment to guarantee <br />results of the program. <br /> <br />. Joint contract of learning, consisting of the teacher, student and its family, <br />representing a team pledge to cooperatively assure successful learning abilities. <br /> <br />. A strong financial resources will be developed. Costs will be controlled <br />without sacrificing quality.
