· Assessment will evaluate all aspects of the program, expanding the staffs ability to learn from evaluation, develop new assessment tools and procedures, refme the programs based on evaluation data analysis and implement new program models to respond to the changing needs of the student, its family, the staff and the community. · A school report card will be prepared annually for review by the sponsor, board of directors, parents and members of the community interested in the program. · Plans to develop and implement new programs will be done to respond to the changing community needs. Assessments of the families needs will be done annually, as well. Educational programs focusing on preventing child abuse and neglect and reducing stress experienced by families will be incorporated. V. Establish new forms of accountability for schools: . A majority of the board of directors will be comprised of the school's teaching staff, allowing the Staff to critique the curriculum and individual teaching ability. . The teaching staff will have the ability to design the curriculum, assess and evaluate teaching plans and respond to the student's assessment outcomes by redesigning the curriculum to promore academic excellence. . Upon completion of the first school year, the sponsor will assist in creating a validation team of peers to evaluate the academic assessment to guarantee results of the program. . Joint contract of learning, consisting of the teacher, student and its family, representing a team pledge to cooperatively assure successful learning abilities. . A strong financial resources will be developed. Costs will be controlled without sacrificing quality. Fund-raising and grants will be applied for to allow the introduction of additional services, promoted by adequate funding, A five year fiscal plan will be developed.
