<br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 through 3.4 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the request for vacation of a 20- foot wide utility and drainage easement lying <br />between Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 1, Partridge Industrial Park, 2965 Partridge Road. <br /> <br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 On July 12,2000, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Carlson LaVine utility and drainage easement vacation.
