<br />charitable gambling organizations on a short-term basis. The existing building can be expanded <br />to the west and renovated to meet any potential needs. With a clean sheet approach, however, all <br />ideas and possibilities can be considered with ground up construction and the compromises of <br />shopping centers and existing spaces would neither be a consideration nor a deterrent for creating <br />a robust site that would provide an image enhancing home for our charitable gambling <br />organizations. <br /> <br />In addition, I would be willing to work with all involved or would entertain offers of partnerships <br />or even, perhaps, an appropriate sale of the property to an appropriate group of investors for such <br />development. Attached is a sheet listing a number of points, which support consideration of this <br />proposed site for the new bingo hall.
