The <br />Commission understood thatthe workshop shady area was not be used as a living <br />unit. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Cunningham moved, second by Member Wilke to recommend <br />approval of the 13 foot variance to allow construction of an attached garage in the <br />front yard setback at 3062 Owasso Bouldevard. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />
