The concern expressed by the neighbors here relates to the objectionable noise created by the clanging of dump tr.uck tailgate� and the beepexs that activate when the loading �quipment backs up. �dr. Margolis explains that the reason they did not put it in the originally proposed location is that the seedlings from the cottonwood stand just west of their property on the Ramsey Count ark contaminate the topsoil stockpile and that is the r�a an they movedy it further to �he north. The noise problem relayed by the neighbors was ��rticularly objectionable in the early hours of the morning. The neighbors also objected to the noise created by the telephone call signal system which is now located in the vicinity of the hoop houses near the center of the tract on the west side. The solut�on to thes� problems as worked out with Mr. Margolis and as indicated on the Proposed Site �Isage Plan and his agreement statement for the Council's consideration are as follows: 1. The parking outside of the screen fence contiguous to Larpenteur Avenu� will be removed and will occur inside the screen fenced area as originally proposed. To accommodate space for this function, a wood chips pile now occupyin a area will be moved to the west side of the sitetlon of the screened ,plastic hoop houses. The former ►]ust north of the parking area should be seeded and maintained in a manner sim i l a r to suc h required yard areas in other typical developments in Roseville. 2• The two storage semi-trailers will be removed upon completion of the 30 foot by 6 foot storage buildin special use permit application. The sgorage�buildinghwill�benal located as shown on the Prop�sed Site Usage Plan. The building shall be located 30 feet from the west property line., and 60 feet north of ihe screen fence area. 3. The screen fenc� shall be completed at the bottAm with the same material as originally constructed on the south side contiguous to Larpenteur Avenue. The Council may wish to consider requiring that the screen fE�nce be completed on the bottom on the east side as well if they feel that is important. It is likely, however,
