CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 304, LAWFUL GAMBLING, AND TITLE X, CHAPTERS 1002,1005, AND 1007 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING DEFINITIONS AND THE LOCATION OF A BINGO HALL AS A PERMITTED OR CONDITIONAL USE WI THING VARIOUS ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title III, Chapter 304, Section 304.02 B. of the Roseville City Code is amended to read as follows: B. The maximum number of bingo hall licenses and locations issued pursuant to Minnesota Statute section 319.61 349.164 within the City shall be one. Once the bingo hall license is issued by the City, it shall be limited to the location and to the owner specified on the license. Any change of location or ownership without the approval of the City shall result in the termination of the license. SECTION 2. Title X, Chapter 1002, Section 1002.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the following definition: BINGO HALL: A principal or accessory use of a structure or property to operate a bingo hall licensed under Chapter 304 of the Roseville City Code and Minnesota Statute section 349.164. SECTION 3. Title X, Chapter 1005, Section 1005.02, B-1 Limited Business District, Subsection "C" (Uses Allowed by Conditional Use Permit) of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the following: 16. A bingo hall that meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and 303.08 of the Roseville City Code. SECTION 4. Title X, Chapter 1005, Section 1005.03, B-IB Limited Retail Districts, Subsection "B. 2" (Uses Allowed by Conditional Use Permit), of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the following: 7. A bingo hall provided the bingo hall is located not more than 400 feet from any State or Interstate hi~hway right of way, and meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and 303.08 of the Roseville City Code.
