<br />SECTION 5. Title X, Chapter 1005, Section 1005.04: B-2 Retail Business District, <br />Subsection "A" (Permitted Uses), of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the <br />following: <br /> <br />68. A bingo hall provided the bingo hall meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and <br />303.08 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Title X, Chapter 1005, Section 1005.05: B-3 General Business District, <br />Subsection "A" (Permitted Uses), of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the <br />following: <br /> <br />25. A bingo hall provided the bingo hall meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and <br />303.08 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Title X, Chapter 1007, Section 1007.02: I-I Light Industrial Districts, <br />Subsection "A" (Permitted Uses), of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the <br />following: <br /> <br />5. A bingo hall provided the bingo hall meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and <br />303.08 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. Title X, Chapter 1007, Section 1007.03: 1-2 General Industrial Districts, <br />Subsection "A" (Permitted Uses), of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding the <br />following: <br /> <br />28. A bingo hall provided the bingo hall meets the requirements of Sections 303.04, and <br />303.08 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. Effective Date.
