<br />1 <br />Mr. Paschke described the history and vagaries of the official records. He indicated that Mr. <br />2 <br />Brown purchased the vacant parcel at 1935 Lake Street and desires to construct a single family <br />3 <br />residence. The proposed home would have a footprint of 1,279 sq. ft. and a 735 sq. ft. attached <br />4 <br />garage. The proposed improvement seeks to place the garage 5 feet from the side (north) <br />5 <br />property line and 21 feet from the front (east) property line, and the home 7 feet from the side <br />6 <br />(south) property line and 36 feet from the Ordinary High Watermark for Walsh Lake (west). The <br />7 <br />proposal will include 2,600 sq. ft.
