1 d. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and <br />2 the proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit <br />3 application. <br />4 <br />5 e. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />6 adjoining (north) property, <br />7 <br /> <br />8 f.No additional sheds or impervious surface may be added to the site. <br />9 <br /> <br />10 g.The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, <br />11 2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />12 <br />13 Bill Olein introduced himself to the Board indicating that he was in attendance as the <br />14 representative for the owner/applicant (applicant out of town) to answer any questions <br />15 they had. <br />16 <br />17 Chair Bakeman asked if the home was a new home or older home. Mr. Olein stated he <br />18 did not know the age of the home. Chair Bakeman asked if the current owners built the <br />19 home. Mr. Olein indicated he was not sure, but that the have lived there ten to fifteen <br />20 years. <br />21 <br />22 Mr. Olein stated that the variance for the additional stall due to the five family member <br />23 drivers and a desire to get the vehicles off of the street. He added the he was unaware of <br />24 any complaints/issues from neighbors regarding the proposed addition. <br />25 <br />26 Chair Bakeman stated the when one looks at the property it appears to be mature <br />27 (trees/other vegetation) and improved recently. Mr. Olein indicated that the owners have <br />28 recently completed extensive landscaping to the yard by tilling and hydro-seeding. <br />29 <br />30 Chair Bakeman closed the hearing. <br />31 <br />Motion: <br />32 Member Pust moved, seconded by Member Boerigter, to adopt a Resolution <br />33 approving a 107 sq. ft. Variance to Section 1004.01A6 and a four foot Variance to <br /> <br />34 Section 1004.016of the Roseville City Code for Ron Wolf, 2480 Marion Street, based on <br />35 the findings in Section 5 and the conditions (as amended) of Section 6 of the project <br />36 report dated July 6, 2005. <br />37 <br />38 Ayes: 3 <br />39 Nays: 0 <br />40 Motion carried. <br />41 <br />42 <br />43 <br />44 <br />45 <br />46 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br /> <br />
