Future <br />antenna additions will require a revised CUP. <br /> <br />5. The monopole must not be lighted. <br /> <br />6. Electric and phone wire serving the equipment and monopole must be buried. <br /> <br />7. Parking of maintenance vehicles must occur in the off-street parking space directly <br />adjacent to Lovell Avenue. <br /> <br />8. The 60 foot tall monopole and supporting equipment must be completely removed <br />from the site by the applicant (Qwest Wireless) after operations cease; the equipment <br />is damaged or unsafe as determined by the Roseville Building Official; the CUP <br />elapses or is determined to be in violation by the Community Development Director. <br />The City may require the applicant (Qwest Wireless) to post a bond to assure timely <br />removal of the monopole and supporting equipment. <br /> <br />9. The applicant must provide the Communitv Development Department with the <br />le/!al description of the propertv allowin/! proper recordin/! of the CUP resolution. <br /> <br />10. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use permit must be recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />11. This conditional use permit shall expire 18 months after approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />The resolution approved by the City Council will be recorded at Ramsey County and upon City <br />receipt a copy will be mailed to you.
