<br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />June 27,2001 <br /> <br />Perry Noland <br />Roseville Auto Repair <br />2150 Ramline Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance from City Code, Section 1005 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Noland: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that on June 26, 2001, the Roseville City Council <br />approved your request for a Variance by the following action: <br /> <br />Adoption of a resolution to approving the variances requested by Perry Noland <br />from applicable parking and paving setback requirements for his Roseville Auto <br />Repair Shop located at 2150 Hamline Avenue as stated in the project report dated <br />June 26, 2001, Section 3.6, in order to renovate the parking and landscaping on <br />the site, based on the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended <br />in Section 6 of the project report; and further, providing for a two foot parking <br />setback on the south side, and allowing the landscape improvements to be <br />completed after completion of the County work in fall, 2001. <br /> <br />The resolution will be filed with Ramsey County by the City Attorney.
