The address of the duplex is 1380 County Road C2. <br /> <br />As a result of our conversation. I am asking you for a determination of a variance <br />hearing concerning the consequence of the church buying this property. The <br />code that is applicable in this case is Section 1004.02, item number four. <br /> <br />Roseville Covenant Church intends to use this duplex as expansion space for our <br />current building. The main floor of the duplex will very likely be used for church <br />offices and the basement area will be used for storage. We do not plan to make <br />any changes to the exterior of the building. The church would use the south side <br />of the duplex or, our church parking lot, as the entrance to the church offices. <br />Cars from people using the duplex will be parking in the church parking lot.
