<br />TRIP GENERATION <br /> <br />Table 21-1 presents the trip generation estimate for Centre Pointe prepared by BR W in <br />1997. The Institute of Transportation Engineers' 5th Edition of Trip Generation was used <br />to develop the trip generation estimate. Current trip generation rates from the Institute of <br />Transportation Engineers' 6th Edition of Trip Generation were used to develop this <br />generation estimate. The estimate includes the same ten-percent multi-use reduction. <br />The development as approved in February 2000 was estimated to generate roughly 950 <br />fewer daily trips and only 14 additional p.rn. peak hour trips.
