Therefore, additional landscaping in <br />city right-of-way increases the size of the city's tree program <br />requiring additional monies. Any change in the current landscaping <br />policy should include provisions for additional tree program funding. <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: Based on the current city policy, as well as <br />comments forwarded to the tree committee from the Public Works <br />Department, staff recommends that the boulevard plantings not be allowed <br />and that the developer remove the boulevard trees and restore the <br />boulevard to its original condition. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />Adoption of a motion denying KK III's request for boulevard planting on <br />the west side of Patton Road across from 2750 Patton Road. <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />_. <br />
