PUD <br />Metropolitan Council District No. 11 <br />Metropolitan Council Referral File No. 15347-5 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Jopke: <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Council staff has reviewed the additional information submitted by the city and <br />has determined that the plan amendment originally submitted on June 4, 1993 is now complete <br />for Council review. We have also determined that the proposed amendment has no potential <br />impact upon any of the metropolitan'system plans. : Therefore, the city may place the amendment <br />into effect immediately. <br /> <br />Council staff has also completed a review of the apparent consistency of the proposed amendment <br />with other adopted chapters of the Metropolitan Development Guide and has found no <br />substantial inconsistencies. <br /> <br />A copy of the Council's comments as they will appear on the Council's consent list for <br />noncontroversial items will be forWarded.
