<br />11. Restrict loading and unloading zones on the front to the sides and rear of <br />industrial buildings. <br /> <br />12. Insure development of adequate off-street parking to serve new and <br />existing industrial uses through adoption and revision of appropriate site <br />planning standards. <br /> <br />13. Where existing parking facilities have proven inadequate, encourage <br />industry to improve and expand parking facilities; where possible <br />encourage the use of multi-level and underground parking structures to <br />reduce excessive use of land area for parking. <br /> <br />14. Require specific site planning and landscape plans to ensure completion <br />of adequate site beautification. Set standards for site improvements and <br />review each specific development. <br /> <br />15. Facilitate the development of office at the northwest comer of 1-35W and <br />Highway 36. Encourage office and light industry facing the 1-35w corridor. <br /> <br />16. TRANSPORT A TITON POUCITES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />1. The transportation system, as ultimately developed, must allow for the <br />safe and efficient transfer of all goods and people utilizing the system. <br /> <br />2. Expanding Roseville's non-motorized off-street pathway system is a high <br />priority. The current plan should be updated and expanded within 12 <br />months with consideration of the following points: <br /> <br />a) Consider construction of non-motorized pathways when streets or <br />parking lots are designed or improved. <br /> <br />b) Agree to acquire land and build structures where necessary for <br />continuous pathways.
