Insure development of adequate off-street parking to serve new and existing industrial uses through adoption and revision of appropriate site planning standards. 13. Where existing parking facilities have proven inadequate, encourage industry to improve and expand parking facilities; where possible encourage the use of multi-level and underground parking structures to reduce excessive use of land area for parking. 14. Require specific site planning and landscape plans to ensure completion of adequate site beautification. Set standards for site improvements and review each specific development. 15. Facilitate the development of office at the northwest comer of 1-35W and Highway 36. Encourage office and light industry facing the 1-35w corridor. 16. The transportation system, as ultimately developed, must allow for the safe and efficient transfer of all goods and people utilizing the system. 2. Expanding Roseville's non-motorized off-street pathway system is a high priority. The current plan should be updated and expanded within 12 months with consideration of the following points: a) Consider construction of non-motorized pathways when streets or parking lots are designed or improved. b) Agree to acquire land and build structures where necessary for continuous pathways.
