<br />reimbursement for removal of the fence, and having Awe Fence, a private contractor, <br />remove the fence. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Bradley Hoff, 1897 Shady Beach Avenue, a variance to Section 1012.02B2, of the <br />Roseville City Code, being a 2 Y2 foot front yard fence variance, based on history of this <br />case and findings set forth in the Mediation Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />And the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
