The fence now begins landward of the existing deck on the lake side of the <br />Hoff House. <br /> <br />Staff is satisfied that this correction meets the Council's intent. <br /> <br />While Mr. Hoff has been paid for this fence, I communicated with him that the City would not <br />officially sign and send him the variance document until completion of the dismantling of the fence <br />and an inspection by the City. That is the final step necessary to complete this case. The variance <br />must be signed, sent to the County for recording, and to Mr.Hoff for his records. Attached is the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />If there are questions feel free to contact Thomas Paschke or me, since we have both been out on the <br />site to review the fence.
