<br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Pepper, to recommend to the <br />City Council to table indefinitely the City's proposal to rezone all Twin Lakes parcels <br />from 1-1,1-2, and B-1 and B-4 to B-6, thus allowingfor individual parcel-by-parcel "B- <br />6" rezoning requests consistent with the Twin Lakes Master Plan as amended and <br />current at the time of the rezoning request. Carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Pepper, to request the staff to <br />develop a policy document which explains the pre-existing, nonconforming building and <br />land use review procedure. Carried 5-0. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />By motion, deny the request by the City of Roseville to rezone the Twin Lakes area (change <br />the zoning map) as described in the proposed ordinance (attached) from B-1, B-4, 1-1 and <br />1-2 to B-6 Mixed Use Business Park, in order to allow individual property owners to come <br />forth with proposed rezoning, consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, at a future time. <br /> <br />Background attached on following pages. <br /> <br />PF3359-RCA(102102) Page 2 of 13 <br />
