Aaron - if more funds are needs, should be asked for within the next 6 months <br />in order to complete design in 2002, with construction in 2003-04. <br />13. Aaron will prepare a memo to Rollin for Lend-Lease that will explain that this <br />is a real project, with real money. He will explain the money available and the <br />terms needed from the mall and the City.
