<br />8.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 On July 10,2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Viking Racing Pigeon Club's two variance requests. Adjacent property owners were <br />present to ask questions pertaining to the two requested variances. The City Planner, <br />Commission and applicant provided responses. <br /> <br />8.2 The Planning Commission voted (5-1) to recommend approval of the request the Viking <br />Racing Pigeon Club for a variance to Section 1004.02D4 and Section 1004.0lA6 of the <br />Roseville City Code for property located at 716 County Road C, based on the findings of <br />Section 6 and conditions of Section 7 in the project report dated July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />9.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />9.1 The City Planner has received and reviewed the required property survey and <br />determined that the variance to Section 1004.01A6 should be for 270 square feet or <br />2% and that the variance to Section 1004.02D4 should be 23 feet 3 inches. Hence; <br /> <br />9.2 It is suggested that the Roseville City Council adopt a resolution approving a 270 <br />square foot (2%) variance to Section 1004.01A6 and a 23'-3" variance to Section <br />1004.02D4 of the Roseville City to the Viking Racing Pigeon Club for property <br />located at 716 County Road C, based on the findings of Section 6 and conditions of <br />Section 7 of the project report dated August 19, 2002. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, sign plan, aerial photo, survey, and draft resolution. <br /> <br />PF3393 - ReA 081902 - Page 5 of5 <br />
