<br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION: <br /> <br />7.1 On June 5, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center's request for vacation of a portion of a certain utility <br />easement; relocation of an existing sanitary sewer; and the creation of a new utility <br />easement. <br /> <br />7.2 No citizens were present at the hearing to address the Commission on this request and the <br />Commission had no questions of staff. <br /> <br />7.3 The Commission voted (5 - 0) to recommend approval of the request by the Wildlife <br />Rehabilitation Center to vacate a certain portion of an existing utility easement, accept <br />the replacement easement description establishing the new utility easement, and approve <br />the relocation of a portion of an existing sanitary sewer, within the parking lot at 2530 <br />Dale Street based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 06/05/02. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 By motion, grant approval of the request by the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center to <br />vacate a certain portion of an existing utility easement, accept the replacement <br />easement description establishing the new utility easement, and approve the <br />relocation of a portion of an existing sanitary sewer, within the parking lot at 2530 <br />Dale Street based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated June 17, <br />2002. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map, aerial photo, easement, site plan. <br /> <br />PF3403 RPCA 060502 Page 3 of 3 <br />
