Application submitted on July 18,2003. <br />. Determined complete on July 21,2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on September 19, 2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/Conditions - August 6, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing/Approval Recommendation - August 6, 2003 <br />. Anticipated Council Action: August 18, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 575 square foot (5 %) <br />V ARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 and a 7 foot 6 inch front yard V ARIANCE to <br />Section l004.01E of the Roseville City Code for Marian and James Korf to allow <br />construction of a porch addition on to the existing home 1047 Burke Avenue, subject to <br />conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt resolution for approval w/conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action). <br /> <br />PF3508 - ReA 081803 - Page 1 of 5 <br />
