<br />Business Subsidy Act: <br /> <br />Traffic Conditions <br />\Truck Access: <br /> <br />Infrastructure: <br /> <br />Public Streets, Traffic <br />Signals: <br /> <br />remediation is required, the City will diligently pursue any eligible <br />programs for reimbursement to each Redeveloper of such costs for <br />environmental cleanup. <br /> <br />Each Redeveloper shall set wage and job goals in connection with <br />the Business Subsidy Act, if applicable. If such goals are not <br />required by the Act, each Redeveloper agrees to comply with any <br />additional or other reporting requirements of the Business Subsidy <br />Act that may nonetheless be applicable to the redevelopment <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />All allowable measures should be taken to reduce the impact to the <br />surrounding properties of delivery truck access to the site. Service <br />vehicles will use dedicated service entries not visible from public <br />streets or views or should be fully screened with landscaping. The <br />service areas include space for loading bays, dock doors, trash <br />enclosures, etc. <br /> <br />The Redevelopers' monetary obligations hereunder shall be <br />apportioned on the basis of land area each owns within the <br />Development Properties. <br /> <br />Where a Redeveloper agrees to install public infrastructure, the <br />infrastructure shall be designed and installed in accordance with <br />city plans and city, county and state specifications. <br /> <br />The City will consider vacation of public roads to include State <br />Farm Road and a portion of Commerce Street and the Snelling <br />A venue Frontage Road as part of the negotiations of the <br />development. The focus of this plan will <br />be to relieve traffic congestion in the area of County Road Band <br />Snelling. <br /> <br />All public streets, driveway entrances, and traffic signals <br />associated with the Development Property must be constructed by <br />the Redevelopers to City and County approved standards as agreed <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />
