Off street parking areas shall be surfaced with asphalt or concrete and '/\'ith permanent concrete cmbs <br />25 to define drive'Nays and parking limits. <br />26 b. New parking lot surfacing shall be a minimum oft'/\'o inches (2") ofbituminol13 pavement. <br />27 c. Concrete curlr-aHd-proper setbacks will be required if the parking lot is regraded or reconstrue.ted--wtth <br />28 a one inch (l") lift or greater of bituminous pavement. <br />29 d. No concrete el1rb will be reql1ired in the follo',ving instances: <br />30 (l) Parking lot seal coated or surface treated; <br />31 (2) Minor patching or surface repair (overlay less than 2S%). <br />32 e. for all new construction in all zoning districts, site plan review as described in Section 1010.16, is <br />33 required and no construction shall occur without SUCH rcyievi and approval. <br />34 f. Van Pooling Programs; Reduction Of Parking Spaces Rcquircd: 'Nhere a van pooling program eJCists for <br />45 employees of a user of property in a business district and such program redlices the need for parking sfJaces, <br />46 ilie-number of parking spaces not needed because of such program may be reduced from the requirements <br />47 of subsection 2. Spacc sufficient to accommodate sllch redHced number of parking spaccs shall be <br />48 maintained as open space and shall be eOR'iertcd to parking spaces in the event that the program is <br />49 temlinated or its effectiyeness in reducing parking space needs drops. /.pproval and continuation of such <br />50 reduced parking space plan shall be made by the Inspection Superintendent.
