Up to fifty percent (50(~<') of the parking facilities required for a theater, bov:ling alley, dance hall, bar <br />14 or restaurant may be supplied by the off street parking facilities provided by types ofllses speoified <br />15 under subseetion d belmv as primarily daytime uscs. <br />16 b. Daytime Uses: For the pllrposes of this sllbsection, the follO'.ying uses are considered as primarily <br />24 daytime lIses: banks, bl1siness offiees, retail stores, personal service shops, hOllsehold equipment or <br />25 furniture SHOpS, clothing or shoe repair or sef'iicc shops, mamlfaeturing, 'Nholesale and similar uses. <br />26 e. ConditioRs Required For Joint Use: <br />27 (1) The bllilding or use for which application is being made to Htilize the off street parking facilities <br />28 provided by another bHilding or use shall be located within fom hundred feet (100') of sHeh parking; <br />29 facilities. <br />30 (2) The applicant shall show that there is not.-5ubstantia~Tf!.i€t-ffi-pfi.Hc~leufS-B4he <br />3 I two (2) buildings or uses for which joint use of off street parking facilities is proposed. <br />32 (3) ,I\. properly drawn legal instrument, executed by the parties concerned for joint use of off street <br />33 parking facilities, duly approvcd as to form and manner of e)lecution by the city attorney, shall be <br />34 filed with the city manager. <br />35 H-Fac-tional Spaces: When application of the regulations-fuHlet-efmining required off street parking <br />36 spaces resHlts in a requirement of a fraetiOllal space, any fraetion up to and including one half (1/2) shall <br />37 be disregarded and fractions over one half(I/2) as one additional parking space. <br />38 F. Off Street Loading: One off street loading space shall be provided in all business districts in conncction <br />39 with all buildings or additions hereafter erected Having a gross floor area of ten thousand (10,000) square <br />40 feet or more which arc to be occupied by a lIse or uses requiring the receipt or distribl1tion of materials or <br />41 stoclc by vehicles. One additional space shall be provided for each tv,'enty thousand (20,000) square feet or <br />42 major fraction thereof over the original ten thollsand (l 0,000) sql1are feet. All business, storage, service, repair, processing or merchandising display shall be conducted wholly <br />46 within !Lan enclosed building or behind a solid fence not less than five six and one half feet (~6'..:: 6") or nor <br />47 more than eight feet (8') high adjacent to residential districts to completely screen the activity or storage, <br />48 except for the following uses and in accordance with the conditions herein specified. <br />49 a. Off-street parking and loading where permitted as accessory uses. <br />50 b. Display of automobiles and trucks where accessory to authorized principal uses.
