General Conditions For :\pproval: THe City Council may approve tile joint use of parking facilities for 12 the-fullowing uses or aetivities under the following eonditions: 13 a. Up to fifty percent (50(~<') of the parking facilities required for a theater, bov:ling alley, dance hall, bar 14 or restaurant may be supplied by the off street parking facilities provided by types ofllses speoified 15 under subseetion d belmv as primarily daytime uscs. 16 b. Off Street Loading: One off street loading space shall be provided in all business districts in conncction 39 with all buildings or additions hereafter erected Having a gross floor area of ten thousand (10,000) square 40 feet or more which arc to be occupied by a lIse or uses requiring the receipt or distribl1tion of materials or 41 stoclc by vehicles. One additional space shall be provided for each tv,'enty thousand (20,000) square feet or 42 major fraction thereof over the original ten thollsand (l 0,000) sql1are feet.
