<br />Har-Mar traffic, truck deliveries, landscaping, lighting, and snow pile storage areas. Staff <br /> <br />provided an update on progress with Har-Mar and Jerry's Foods and was asked by the <br />Commission to work directly with Har- Mar on issues identified during the meeting. (Thomas <br />Paschke has followed up on those issues and has been working with Har-Mar and Jerry's- <br />which owns the Cub store - as well as the adjacent residential neighbors.) <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the ordinance at study meeting on January 19 and held a first <br />reading on January 26, 2004. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Hold a second reading of the ordinance.
