Inaperative equipment, with "inaperative" being interpreted to' mean a state af 13 malfunctian, physical deteriaratian ar same ather physical canditian rendering the 14 equipment incapable af being praperly utilized far its intended purpase and in need of 15 repairs, dispasal or replacement. 16 b. (1990 Code) 29 30 1007.04: I-2A MODIFIED GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: 31 The 1-2 Madified Industrial District is designed primarily for 2:eneral industrial uses. but offers 32 an opportunity for collectin2: and processin2: of inor2:anic materials and industrial wastes. 33 It is a complementary and supportive use area to the 2:eneral industrial uses. The I-2A 34 Modified General Industrial District is intended for certain areas desi2:nated as I Industrial 35 areas in the Comprehensive Plan. 36 37 A.
