Within Enclased Structure: The fallawing starage shall be canducted wholly within an <br />11 enclased structure: <br />12 a. Inaperative equipment, with "inaperative" being interpreted to' mean a state af <br />13 malfunctian, physical deteriaratian ar same ather physical canditian rendering the <br />14 equipment incapable af being praperly utilized far its intended purpase and in need of <br />15 repairs, dispasal or replacement. <br />16 b. Inaperative vehicles, with "inaperative" being interpreted to mean a state af <br />17 malfunction, deteriaration or other physical canditian rendering the vehicle incapable af <br />18 mavement under its own pawer. Such vehicles wauld include those invalved in accidents, <br />19 awaiting engine repairs, in need afbady repair or painting and similar conditians. <br />20 2. Within Solid Opaque Wall Or Fence: The fallawing storage shall be conducted wholly <br />21 within an area enclased by a salid apaque wall or fence nO' less than eight feet (8') in height <br />22 and anly in a 1-2 General Industrial District: <br />23 a. Building materials and lumber sales. <br />24 b. Areas used far rental yards. <br />25 c. ILarm-Mmachinery sales, feed sales and bulk firewaad sales. <br />26 d. (1990 Code) <br />29 <br />30 1007.04: I-2A MODIFIED GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS: <br />31 The 1-2 Madified Industrial District is designed primarily for 2:eneral industrial uses. but offers <br />32 an opportunity for collectin2: and processin2: of inor2:anic materials and industrial wastes. <br />33 It is a complementary and supportive use area to the 2:eneral industrial uses. The I-2A <br />34 Modified General Industrial District is intended for certain areas desi2:nated as I Industrial <br />35 areas in the Comprehensive Plan. <br />36 <br />37 A. Permitted, Accessory, and Conditianal Uses: A modified general industrial district (1-2A) is <br />38 established in which the uses are set farth in Sectian 1007.015 permitted in general <br />39 industrial districts (I 2) are permitted uses and those uses set farth in subsection B of this <br />40 sectian arc canditional uses. <br />41 <br />42 B.
