City Council Action: approval and denial per the Planning Commission recommendation, <br />June 16, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommended approval of a VARIANCE to Section <br />1004.0 I A6 and a VARIANCE to Section 1004.0205 of the City Code for Sylvia <br />Sieferman, 420 Terrace Drive, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />2.2 On June 4, 2003, the Roseville Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval <br />of the VARIANCE request to Section 1004.01A6 w/conditions and voted (6-0) to deny <br />the VARIANCE request to Section 1004.0205 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />3.1 ADOPT a resolution approving a 466 sq. ft to Section 1004.01A6 <br />w/conditions and ADOPT a resolution to den ith fi ings a VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.02DS of the RoseviIle City Code (see ection 8 for action details). <br /> <br />PF3481 - ReA 06/16103 - Page 1 of 9 <br />
