<br />foregoing restriction3, conditions and covenants concerning the <br />use of the Condominlum, rGasonable rules and regulations not in <br />conflict I.herewith and supplementary thereto m<sy be promulgated <br />and amended from time to time by the Board or the Association, as <br />more fully provided in the Bylaws. <br /> <br />4.9 Restrictions, Conditions and Covenants To Run With <br />Land. Each Unlt Owner shall he subject to all restrictions, <br />conditions and covenants of this Declaration, and all such <br />restrictions, conditions and covena~ts shall be deemed to be <br />covenants running with the land, and shall bind every person <br />having any interest in the Property, and shall inure to the <br />benefit of every Unit Owner. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V. <br /> <br />Assessments <br />5.1. Assessment Liens. The Board has the power to levy <br />assessments againat the Units for Common Expenses. Such <br />assessment shall be a l10n on the Units against which they are <br />assessed, and if any payment thereof becomes delinquent, the lien <br />may be foreclosed and the Unit sold. or a money judgment obtained <br />against the per&ons liable therefor, all as set forth in the <br />Bylaws. <br /> <br />5.2. Responsibility Of Transferees; Statement. In the <br />event of any voluntary or involuntary transfer of a Unit, the <br />transferee thereof (1nc1uding a First Mortgagee, or other person <br />-16- <br />
