Mr. Drown rcsponded that 1f Grandvlew 1S <br />.~proved, the street would be moved to the center of the right-of- <br />~~y, unless there was good reason for not doing so. <br /> <br />~rs. Kreschel asked what 25\ of the cost of the street improvement <br />.o~ld be.
