City of Roseville — 2015 Budget Department / Program: Administration Organizational Responsibility: City Manager Department Description The Administration Department provides the City Council with information to make policy decisions and proposes recommendations concerning measures or actions considered necessary for effective and efficient operations. The Department's activities are accounted for in the General Fund. 2015 Goals and Objectives • Provide for extensive internal and external outreach from the City Manager. • Continue implantation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) • Increase the availability of Laserfiche documents to the public.
