As cornpdleu to the eXisting Garrett Trucking use on <br />the south portion of the ~roperty, truck usage lS expected to be <br />relatively minimal. Semitruc~ <br />deliveries are not anticipated on a regular basis. <br /> <br />The Cantle Painte Dev~lopment will be built 1n phases over about a <br />flve to SiX year period.
