Attachment A <br />HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />th <br />THIS AGREEMENT <br /> is entered into as of the 20 day of January, 2015 by and between <br />the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereinafter <br />referred to as the HRA, and the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation, hereinafter <br />referred to as the City. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS <br />, the HRA desires to contract with the City for the services of administrative <br />support staff to assist with the planning and operation of the Living Smarter Home and Garden <br />Fair and other HRA administrative functions. <br />NOW THEREFORE <br />, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: <br />I.Scope of Services. The support staff assigned by the City to the HRA shall perform <br />necessary and requested services relating to the actions and activities of the HRA as outlined <br />below: <br />Assists in the preparation, maintaining and distribution of HRA agendas and <br />packets. <br />Reviews HRA staff reports, drafted documents and studies for the HRA <br />Executive Director. <br />Responds to routine questions regarding housing programs and directs residents <br />to appropriate agencies, i.e., HRC, Ramsey County, etc, <br />; <br />Maintains HRA files (physical and electronic). <br />Maintains the Business, Retention and Expansion Program database <br />. <br />Coordinates and works with speakers for community workshops <br />. <br />Coordinates the planning and operation of the Living Smarter Home and Garden <br />Fair. <br />Other HRA administrative functions as directed. <br />II. Term. This agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the HRA Board of <br />Directors and the City Council, whichever occurs last, and shall continue for a period of one year <br />thereafter (i.e. January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015). <br /> III. Fee The HRA shall pay the City the amount of $ 34.62 per hour (“Hourly Fee” – <br />salary and benefits) for the services set forth in Provision I above. The HRA shall pay the City <br />the amount due on a quarterly basis by paying the City at the end of each quarter of the term of <br />this Agreement the amount due for such quarter.
